Indexing Policy

Indexing is entirely beyond our control. As publishers (or editors), we do not influence whether or when a published document is indexed in any specific database. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that a published work will be included in a particular index or provide a timeline for its coverage.  Simply put, indexing is not part of our operational responsibility. We appreciate the understanding of all authors regarding this matter. Please note that APC is non-refundable unless a paper's publication is canceled due to reasons on our part.
