In Open Access publishing, the processing costs of an article are paid from an author's research budget, or by their supporting institution. These Article Processing Charges replace subscription charges. They cover the costs of manuscript processing, online availability, hosting and archiving. There are no submission charges for manuscripts submitted to the journal.

The processing charges for International Journal of Innovative Research and Scientific Studies are $1500. The article processing charges mentioned are exclusive of VAT. If the article requires English language editing and proofreading, a nominal additional fee will be charged based on the length of the article.
